How long does shipping take?
Delivery time for standard deliveries within the EU usually takes up to 12 working days. When using the pre-payment method this time period starts once the payment has been received.

How can I track my package? Where can I find my tracking number?

If the DHL carrier does not find you at home, he will leave a note in your mailbox to let you know where your package can be picked up. Sometimes the package will be left with a neighbour.

Which countries does Von Dutch Originals deliver to?
We deliver to all countries in die EU (except Malta, Cyprus, Greece, Romania and Croatia).
Can I have my package delivered to another address?
For security reasons it is unfortunately not possible for us to change your delivery address after you have already completed your order.
